Rade B. Vukmir
He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, the American College of Chest Physicians and the American College of Health Care Executives.
Dr. Vukmir received medical and legal degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. He completed a residency program in Emergency Medicine and a Critical Care fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.

He is a certified instructor of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Fundamentals of Critical Care Support (FCCS) and is a member of the National Disaster Medical Service (NDMS), Medical Specialty Evaluation Team(MSET).  

Dr. Vukmir also has a Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Health Law. Current interests include management of medico-legal risk, emergency department(ED) and intensive care unit(ICU) efficiency, and personnel management.
He has practiced Emergency Medicine and Critical Care for over 25 years and is licensed in PA, OH, WV, FL, HI, NY, OK, TX, GA ,NH and VT.
He is the author of forty-two medical journal articles, as well as nine books and has been the recipient of two emergency medicine teaching awards.
